Returns & Cancellation
Cancellations by you before order is dispatched from our warehouse. Any order which has not shipped can be cancelled. The amount paid for the product would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7 to 10 days.
We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your order and need to cancel your order due to any reason. Little Paris reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer.
To cancel an order please send an email to email@example.com., Please include the word “”CANCEL”” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.
Before accepting courier shipment, if you find any form or mark of liquid on outer box. Please refuse to take the delivery. When unwrapping your shipment please make a video. The details on the label must be clearly visible in the video before you remove the outermost cover. It will help you in case you receive a damaged product.
Returns which are opened of the Courier delivery packing box will be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Little Paris does not entertain, under any circumstance, return request if you do not like the fragrance of your ordered perfume(s). So, we request you to choose wisely and then order. We are always there to help you choose the best fragrance.
We will not refund if the original retail box is open or damaged.
Return Courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
Opened Retail Box and/or tester used perfumes will not be accepted in any case. Please pack tester(Unboxed perfume) in the courier delivery packing box as you had received it safe and cocooned and inform us. Please ship it through any of your local courier or request us for return courier (charge 150/- which will be deduct from your total refund amount) and upon receiving of the package in our warehouse in good and original delivery packing we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours.
Shipment which is COD (Cash On Delivery), COD Handling Charges is not refundable as it is charge by the courier.
Please call us before placing order to confirm the availability of the product to avoid unnecessary trouble of exchange. If you are not able to select the right perfume for you, please call us to help you choose the best fragrance.
